Set your web browser to allow cookies for Progigs
In order to use the Progigs site, your web browser must be set to allow cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. The cookies we use remain on your computer, not ours. Even if you believe cookies are enabled, it is still possible that your browser, anti-virus, firewall, internet security software or spyware software settings are causing cookies to be arbitrarily blocked.

Select the browser you are using to see tips on checking whether your browser is set to allow cookies:

 

In Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Change your Privacy settings to Medium-High or below.
  4. Where it says "Web Sites" to override cookie handling for individual web sites, click the edit button..

  5. Now type in http://www.progigs.com under Address of web site, then repeat and add http://www.hipdev.com

  6. Click the allow button and then OK and then OK again.

  7. Now close your browser window and reopen.

In Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows

  1. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Verify that the Internet web content zone is highlighted.
  4. Click the Customize Level button at the bottom of the Internet Options dialog box.
  5. Scroll down to the Cookies section.
  6. Verify that Allow per-session cookies (not stored) is set to either Enable or Prompt.

  7. If Disable is selected, change your settings to one of the other two options.
  8. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box, and then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

In Internet Explorer 5.x for Macintosh

  1. Select Edit > Preferences.
  2. Click the arrow next to Receiving Files to expand the list choices on the left.
  3. Select Cookies.
  4. Under When receiving cookies, verify that Never ask, Ask for each site, or Ask for each cookie is selected.
  5. Click OK.

In Netscape 7.x

  1. Select Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Cookies.
  2. Select either Enable cookies for the originating web site only, Enable cookies based on privacy settings, or Enable all cookies.
  3. Click OK.

In Netscape 6.x

  1. Select Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Cookies.
  2. Select either Enable cookies for the originating web site only or Enable all cookies.
  3. Click OK.

In Netscape 4.x

  1. Select Edit > Preferences.
  2. From the Category list, select Advanced.
  3. Under Cookies, verify that either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server is selected.

  4. If Disable cookies is selected, change your settings to one of the other two options.
  5. Click OK to close the Preferences dialog box.
